Appendix 20c for Section 3.2.3.2 - Alignment of DsNps3 protein with best BlastP matches

DsNps3 was aligned with best BlastP matches  in an attempt to confirm the gene model in Section 3.2.3.2. The alignment had low overall consensus with three big gaps in DsNps3. However, none of the gaps corresponded to domain positions. Therefore, even though alignment had low overall consensus, there was no evidence that DsNps3 gene model is incorrect based on the amino acid alignment.
