dc.description.abstractCryptosporidium hominis is a protozoan parasite that causes gastrointestinal disease in humans worldwide. Here, we report on draft whole-genome sequences of two clinical isolates of C. hominis that were purified from patients with cryptosporidiosis in New Zealand.
